Terms Of Service:

Our team work with a number of clients to provide digital marketing services in their budget.

Late Fee / Non-Payment:

• All services will be cancelled if you delay or fail to pay for renewal within 7 days of the due date.
• Your website and other services will be suspended from our end after 14 days.
• Your website and data will be erased from all of our systems after 30 days of non-payment.
• Your complete data including : website, emails, and other details, will be removed instantly.

General:

Any of our clients are not permitted to use any of our services or products in illegal way, in any way, including for pornography, or to send out any material (via email, redistribution, or any other means) that promotes physical injury or obliteration of belongings. Clients are not permitted to use any of our services/products to broadcast any material (via email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that infringes on any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary civil liberties, including, but not limited to, the unlawful copying of copyrighted material and the digitization and circulation of images or photographs from any source such as magazines, books, or other publications. Clients are also prohibited from using our products to compile, or attempt to compile, private information/details about third parties without their knowledge or written consent. Circulation and/or redistribution of copyrighted material, as well as the aforementioned intrusion, will not be tolerated.
